Buffalo Park Community Garden Plot Allocation

Can’t attend the Plot Lottery Plottery and bumming that you can’t get your garden groove on this spring?  Never fear!! There’s a Mail-In lottery, too!  Plot Forms for the Mail-In Lottery must be received by 12 noon, April 29th. Plot forms are downloadable here: Buffalo Park Mail-In Plot Request Form (1). Forms can be dropped at Evergreen High School Info Desk, Wilmot Elementary School Office or mailed to EAS+Y, POB 236, Evergreen, CO 80437Buffalo Park Comm Garden graphic

    your lottery form says “plot fee paid”. how much is the fee

      Thanks for your interest, Bruce! The plots in the Buffalo Park Community Garden are each approximately 150sq ft. That’s a good size plot and we’re encouraging folks to consider sharing with a friend or neighbor. Annual plot fees are $125. All plot-holders are grandfathered to their plot from year to year.

    Are all plots taken? If plot holders are grandfathered does anyone drop out?

      Chris – Yes, folk’s life circumstances change and existing plotholders find they no longer have the time, move out of town, or surrender to other priorities. Then the wait list kicks in and the person at the top of the wait list is offered a plot. Email BPGardeners@gmail.com for info on securing your spot on the list.
